It may be raining for Easter, but that’s ok. Spring seems to have sprung here in the Bay Area, and despite the grey clouds, flowers are blooming in abundance. I do not have a green thumb, but I appreciate those who do and who are able to cultivate beautiful fresh flowers like these:
These flowers are not from my house, but from a house we visited recently. (More on that next week.) We’ve been busy around our own house, coloring eggs for Easter. As you might recall, our family has a tradition, started by my great-uncle Frank, where different eggs are worth different amounts of small change. Here’s a box of a variety of eggs we’ve prepared for the egg hunt tomorrow:
Tom and Huck are off of school this next week, and we are planning our annual adventure in the City (San Francisco) on Monday.
