Chris~I'm envious. I was unable to go to our FOL here in Santa Rosa recently. I always find interesting books to bring home. I always check out the Palo Alto FOL preview on its webpage, but the photos can be sooo blurry. Do you think the photographer does this on purpose?

I did meet my goals for April (the status is marked in bold next to each goal). I did sell books in April, too, but spent the bulk of my time scanning Dante books, writing catalogue entries and learning to use the program "Pages" to lay out the catalogue.

Did you meet all your goals for April? Did you actually sell any books during April? You haven't mentioned if you did.

Good luck with the discipline bit. I'm forever doing research on a book and spend much more time than I should doing so. Then next thing I know I've another book in hand and am researching it without listing the first.

Maybe a kitchen timer set to go off every five minutes or so just to bring us back to reality...

Just FYI - YouTube shows 7 parts, but that's because they erroneously numbered them, leaving out a Part 5. So, you go from Part 4 directly to Part 6, and Part 7 is the short conclusion of the documentary. Thanks for the link to this - I kept looking for myself or my friends since we were present at the book fair that year, but I guess we did not get our 15 minutes (or even 15 seconds) of fame. Probably a good thing. :-)
